Terms & Conditions
By placing an order with Buttercream Blooms, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
- Orders and Payment
- Full payment is required to confirm your bouquet order online.
- For custom orders, a 50% deposit is required to secure your booking. The remaining 50% is due upon invoice, two weeks prior to the agreed delivery date.
- We reserve the right to cancel any order that remains unpaid after the due date.
- Cancellations and Refunds
- Standard Orders:
- Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the delivery date will receive a refund, less a $25 administration fee.
- Cancellations made within 48 hours of the delivery date are non-refundable.
- Custom Orders:
- Cancellations will incur a fee.
- Deposits are non-refundable if the cancellation occurs less than two weeks before the agreed delivery date.

- Delivery
- Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address during the agreed delivery timeframe.
- If no one is available to accept the order, we will do our best to leave the bouquet in a safe location.
- Once delivery has been made, Buttercream Blooms accepts no responsibility for the handling, care, or condition of the bouquet, including if it is received by a third party.
- Re-delivery is not available, and all items will be left at the address provided.
- Product Care
Our bouquets are handcrafted using fresh buttercream, making them delicate and perishable. Please handle and store them with care upon receipt to maintain their quality and appearance.
- Returns and Feedback
As our bouquets are fresh food items, we are unable to accept returns.
If you are unhappy with your order or wish to provide feedback, please contact us immediately at admin@buttercreamblooms.com.au so we can discuss the matter with you.
We strive to produce high-quality products, and your feedback helps us continually improve.
- Allergies and Ingredients
All products from Buttercream Blooms are made in a kitchen that handles a range of ingredients, including:
- Dairy (milk, butter)
- Eggs
- Wheat (gluten)
- Products that may contain traces of nuts
- Food colourings, flavourings, and preservatives
Although we take every precaution to avoid cross-contamination, we cannot guarantee that our products are allergen-free.
Buttercream Blooms will not be held liable for any allergic reactions or intolerances resulting from the consumption of our products.
Customers with severe allergies are strongly advised not to consume our products.
- Photography and Social Media
Buttercream Blooms may use images of the bouquets and orders we create for marketing purposes, including on our website and social media channels.
This may include content created by you or third parties that tag or link to Buttercream Blooms.
If you do not wish your order to be featured, please let us know at the time of ordering.
- Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Western Australia, and any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of its courts.
